These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at ecnorthseattle.com (the “Site”) and the restoration and related services we provide, including but not limited to water damage restoration, mold testing and remediation, sewage cleanup, fire and smoke damage restoration, asbestos testing, and janitorial/carpet cleaning services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing this Site, requesting an estimate, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
We reserve the right to change these Terms or to impose new conditions on the use of the Site from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms, as modified.
1. Use of the Website
This Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to request estimates or contact our team. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

2. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Environment Control of North Seattle through our website at ecnorthseattle.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Submitting a request through our Site (including the “Get An Estimate Today” form) does not guarantee a specific appointment time, technician, or final price. All estimates are subject to confirmation following on-site inspection. Emergency response times may vary based on weather, location, technician availability, and the nature of the emergency.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, accepted methods, and any deposit requirements will be communicated directly to the customer as part of the service agreement or invoice. Any pricing shown on the Site is illustrative only and is not a binding quote.
6. Insurance Claims
EC North Seattle may assist customers with documentation for insurance claims related to restoration work. This assistance does not constitute insurance advice, a guarantee of claim approval, or a guarantee of coverage. Customers are responsible for their own communications and obligations with their insurance provider.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Limited License to You: This Site and all the materials available on the Site are the property of EC North Seattle and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
